Delivery problems
For a future completed order, use its confirmation email or customer portal for download access. If delivery fails or the file is defective, contact the actual seller/support channel shown at purchase. Do not pay twice to solve a missing email.
What remains to be decided
Seller contact, requests and response process, duplicate/failed-delivery handling, defective-file remedies and the applicable refund conditions. Payment delivery and refund/revocation tests must pass before checkout activation.
